In 2016 has Nyvoll Consult been involved in design and construction of 2 pic. of duc’dalbs with new fenders and 2 pic. of 75 ton Bollards at the quarry in Snekkevik, Kragerø.

Existing quay was only 12m wide and had great limitation on the size of ships that could approach. Extension of the Quay was carried out with one duc’dalb, equipped with fenders on each side of the pier. In addition, one 75 ton bollard was built on land in the coastal zone on each side of the pier.

All structures were anchored into hard rock.
